What is included in this wellness combo?
The Nordhaus sauna and the Nordhaus ice bath named in the product title, sold together as one setup. The ice bath comes with its 1HP WiFi chiller and insulated cover, and the sauna comes with its heater. For full specifications, see the individual sauna and ice bath product pages.
How much do I save by buying the combo?
The combo price is 10% less than buying the sauna and the ice bath separately. The saving is already included in the price shown on this page.
Can I choose a different sauna or ice bath?
Yes. Use our combo builder to pair any Nordhaus sauna with any ice bath and get the same 10% saving.
Do the sauna and ice bath arrive together?
That is up to you. Each product has its own lead time, so one may be in stock or arrive before the other. You can have whichever is ready first delivered straight away, or we can hold your order and send the sauna and ice bath together. Just let our team know which you prefer when you order.
What power and space do I need?
The ice bath plugs into a standard Australian power outlet (10 amp, 240V) and needs a footprint of 2.5m wide x 1m deep. The sauna needs a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Exact sauna dimensions and power requirements are listed on its own product page.

What warranty is included?
Each product keeps its own full Nordhaus warranty. For home use, the ice bath body and chiller are covered for 2 years, and our saunas are covered for up to 5 years on the cabin and electrical. See our warranty page for the full terms.

The single traditional sauna is an excellent product that heats up quickly and provides you with a great session. Perfect for the user that has limited space. Extremely easy to set up even on my own it took 20 minutes. Definitely worth considering if you are space limited at 1m x 1m.
Despite the unexpected delays, which were beyond their control, the sauna has been well worth the wait! The quality is fantastic, and the overall sauna experience has been excellent. We’re really enjoying the benefits.

After doing a lot of thorough research, I actually ended up cancelling my initial purchase with a cheaper sauna brand and ordered this Nordhaus instead. Looking back, that was the best decision I could have made. The quality of the materials and the overall experience have been fantastic. The assembly took some time, but once it's up, it looks and works brilliantly. Dealing with the Nordhaus team has been smooth and professional from start to finish. We added a 3-person sauna to our ensuite to make use of some extra space, and it's been a great investment. We use it 3+ times a week, mainly for muscle recovery after workouts, and it's made a noticeable difference. We also love the two bench levels - the higher bench gets noticeably hotter than the lower one, which is great depending on how intense you want your session. The biggest surprise has been the sleep - when we do use the sauna before bed, it gives us some of the best nights of sleep we've had. If you have the room and are considering it, we'd absolutely recommend it - not just as a luxury, but as something that genuinely supports your health and wellness.

We love the new far infrared three person sauna. I use it every morning after my walk and my wife uses it most evenings after the kids are asleep. Temperature is perfect and heating time is good. Lights and Bluetooth are great. Set up is fairly straight forward, definitely a two person job. In short we are very happy and regret not purchasing earlier!
Absolutely love the Nordhaus traditional sauna, heats up quickly, holds temperature consistently, and just feels premium the moment you step in. It’s become a daily reset for me, proper sweat, clear head, and noticeably better recovery and sleep.
Beautiful Sauna. Harvia heater controls are easy to use but could have a more clear indication when the heater is either on or off.

We absolutely love the sauna! My husband and I used to pay for sauna sessions 2–3 times a week, so having one at home has been a total game changer. It’s just so easy and convenient to use whenever we want, and it’s become a really important part of our routine. It’s been especially great for my husband’s mental health — having that time to unwind at home has made such a difference. We went with the steam heater option and honestly love it — we personally find it much better than infrared. It heats up well, feels amazing, and the whole setup process was super easy. The only thing we’d change would be having the ability to turn it on from our phones, but aside from that we couldn’t be happier with it!

Huge shoutout to Nordhaus. After so much research, I decided on their full spectrum infrared sauna. It was very important to me to choose a company that didn’t use toxic glues or materials. After tossing up between their traditional and infrared options, I’m so happy with my decision. It’s a huge part of my detox journey, and I love the research indicating improved longevity and overall health. The team were supportive with my decision, and the sales process was simple. I’ve been using it every day, and I love it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality sauna.
Actually brought this for an ‘onsen’ hot tub experience rather than an ice bath. Quick delivery and great service from the Nordhaus team. Recommend the 2HP Pro unit as it can get up to temp (41C) in about 30-40mins from approx 23C. This is great for me as I don’t use everyday and don’t want it running all week and can spin up when needed. When getting up to temp the unit does make some noise but not too much - about what you’d expect from a similar sized aircon unit. Only point for improvement I can think of is the provided connecting hoses need to be longer to provide more flexibility in placement of the heating/cooling unit. Overall highly recommend if you are in the market for a hot/cold tub.

Really enjoying both the ice bath and the sauna I’ve had an infrared sauna before however I do believe that the hot rock version is much better. It gets a lot harder and it also usually the option for the Steam great product reasonably priced.

Company is very professional and great to deal with. The product has been made well for the most part but there are a few items not quite as you would expect from photos. The front heaters have leads hanging down at the front which are not shown in any photos and are always exposed. The heaters themselves use folded stainless that can bend in very easily exposing a sharp edge. The external roof is made of 6mm MDF and very fragile and not really fit for purpose. Mine broke when unpacking and will be replacing it with a piece an formply. The unit was delayed 6 additional weeks from what I was originally advised.

I absolutely friggin looove my new traditional sauna from Nordhaus. My preferred temperature is 85 degrees which the sauna can easily handle. Using the sauna has become a daily ritual for my wife and I and we feel fantastic as a result. The sauna itself feels like it is made from quality wood and materials and has a nice minimalist aesthetic that we like. The team at Nordhaus were super helpful in making arrangements for delivery and the set up process was fairly straightforward. I highly recommend Nordhaus' traditional saunas.
