What’s Not Covered
Ice Baths
Our ice bath warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation or placement on an uneven surface
- Use of incorrect chemicals or poor water management
- Freezing pipes or exposure to extreme weather
- Power surges, voltage spikes, or incorrect electrical setup
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations not approved by Nordhaus
- Grit or debris in the water, plumbing, or pump
- Neglect, misuse, or not following the maintenance manual
- Freight damage after delivery
- Pests, natural disasters, or events outside our control
- Transfer or resale of the product (warranty is non-transferable)
Saunas (Traditional & Infrared)
Our sauna warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation or placement on an uneven surface
- Water damage to indoor models used outdoors
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations not approved by Nordhaus
- Power surges, voltage spikes, or incorrect electrical setup
- Neglect, misuse, or not following the maintenance manual
- Freight damage after delivery
- Pests, natural disasters, or events outside our control
- Transfer or resale of the product (warranty is non-transferable)
Important Conditions
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
- Products must be installed and maintained according to the Nordhaus instructions.
- Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. scratches or scuffs) is not covered.
- Warranty coverage begins from the date the product is dispatched.
- If a repair or replacement is needed, the warranty term does not reset.
