We recommend you sauna between 45°C and 65°C, allowing for deep heat penetration at a comfortable temperature.

What are the electrical requirements?

No electrician required - Our infrared saunas are 'plug & play' meaning they are compatible with any standard Australian power outlet.

What is involved in the setup?

Our saunas arrive flat-packed and are designed for quick and easy assembly, similar to modern furniture. With clear instructions, putting it together is simple and hassle-free, taking approximately 30-45 minutes.

Can the sauna be used outdoors?

Our 2 Person Infrared Sauna has been designed for indoor use only (or for dry & fully enclosed outdoor areas). They are not designed to withstand exterior weather conditions, so any damage caused by weather factors will not be covered by our 5 year warranty.
