Can this sauna stay outside uncovered?
Yes. The Nordhaus Outdoor Full Spectrum Sauna is built specifically for Australian outdoor conditions with a custom black/white 6063-T5 aluminium batten cladding exterior that is engineered to withstand UV exposure, humidity, heat and rain long term.
The roof is finished in the same aluminium cladding, with a slight pitch to shed water and a fully sealed roofline, built to stay weather resistant for years without the upkeep bitumen shingles need.

A 15AMP dedicated circuit is required and must be installed by a licensed electrician (total draw: 3400W). This is a one-time setup, your sparky will have it sorted in under an hour.

How long does it take to heat up?
With premium sauna spec PIR insulation and powerful full spectrum heaters, the sauna reaches operating temperature in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Using the WiFi app control, you can start preheating remotely so it is ready when you are.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. The WiFi control panel connects to the mobile app, allowing you to set temperature, schedule sessions and monitor your sauna from anywhere on your smartphone.
What maintenance does an outdoor sauna need?
Minimal upkeep is required to keep your sauna in top condition:
- Wipe down the interior benches after use
- Leave the door open to air dry after each session
- Inspect the exterior cladding annually
The aluminium exterior requires no staining or sealing.
What is the warranty on the outdoor sauna?
