Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

  • Shipping methods and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping option.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note the tracking information may not be live for 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
  • Once delivered It is the customers responsibility to arrange appropriate measures to move the product safely inside the property.

Australia:

  • We offer several shipping options, including standard door to door services, depot pick up, Business delivery (forklift must be supplied onsite).

In-Stock Items (Ready to Dispatch)
 

Depot Collection – Sydney

  • Pickup available from: 19A Emporium Avenue, Kemps Creek NSW 2178
  • Please provide 24 hours’ notice before collection. (Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–2pm)

 

Sydney Metro – Same Day Delivery (Postcodes 2000–2234)

  • If you're located in Sydney Metro, we’ll contact you via email to confirm you're ready to receive your order.
  • Once your product is collected from our Sydney depot, the freight company will call you 1 hour prior to arrival.

 

Door to Door Delivery – Australia Wide

  • We’ll contact you via email to confirm you're ready to receive your order.
  • Once your product is collected from our Sydney depot, you’ll receive an email confirmation that it is in transit.
  • The freight company will then contact you to schedule a delivery date and call you 1 hour prior to arrival.
  • Have questions? You can reply directly to the freight partner’s confirmation email and their team will assist.

 

Depot Collection – Outside Sydney

  • You’ll receive an email once your item is in transit.
  • Your nearest depot will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Have questions? You can reply directly to the freight partner’s confirmation email and their team will assist.

 

Out of Stock Items

  • Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.
  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

International (Outside of Australia):

  • All international shipping is door to door service only.

 

Shipping Rates & Information:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All shipping costs are passed on directly to the customer from the courier.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note the tracking information may not be live for 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the designated courier's tracking service.

 

Shipping Address:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.

 

Delivery Disclaimer:

 

All saunas and ice baths are delivered by a third-party freight carrier. Orders arrive securely packaged on a pallet and are delivered to a safe, accessible area near your property using a pallet jack — typically your driveway, garage, or front yard. The delivery team is not responsible for unpacking, removing items from the pallet, or moving them into your home or backyard.

 

If you have purchased an additional installation service at the time of order, these additional steps will be handled as agreed.
