We offer free shipping to most major metro and regional areas within Australia. Some locations are excluded — including Perth, Darwin, Tasmania and certain other areas.
If your delivery address does not display a free shipping option at checkout, please contact our team for a custom freight quote before completing your order. To keep things fair, Nordhaus will discount this quote by our fixed shipping allowance — meaning you only pay the difference.
Free Installation Disclaimer (Traditional Saunas):
Installation covers sauna assembly — customer is responsible for organising a licensed electrician to wire the heater.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note the tracking information may not be live for 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the designated courier's tracking service.

Delivery Disclaimer:
All saunas and ice baths are delivered by a third-party freight carrier. Orders arrive securely packaged on a pallet and are delivered to a safe, accessible area near your property using a pallet jack — typically your driveway, garage, or front yard. The delivery team is not responsible for unpacking, removing items from the pallet, or moving them into your home or backyard.
If you have purchased an additional installation service at the time of order, these additional steps will be handled as agreed.
