Help - I have switched on my chiller but the screen is blank

Step 1 - Ensure your powerpoint is switched on.

Step 2 - Check your RCD (press 'reset' - to activate the RCD which allows power to enter your machine).

Step 3 - Ensure your powerpoint is in working order (try another appliance or alternativley try plug your chiller unit into another powerpoint).

Step 4 - Ensure your homes power is in working order (check fuse box for any switches flicked to OFF).

Step 5 - If steps 1-4 didn't reslove your issue, please reach out to our support team where we can start troubkleshooting the chiller unit itself.
